Here at Sheenco Travel we understand that, while everything is open for business at our end, you may be feeling apprehensive about traveling at this time. To this end we wish to be as flexible as possible and have come up with the following amendment to our normal terms and conditions to try and assist you.
Receive a Credit Note
If you are unable to to travel on your scheduled trip, we will issue a credit note for all funds paid to date on your current reservation which may be used for a new trip to be taken on or before December 31st 2023. Credit issued will be equal to all funds paid for your trip to date, less any non-refundable payments made to suppliers. Credit notes are not redeemable for cash but may be transferred to another party by notifying Sheenco Travel in writing.

Please note that if you wish to avail of a credit note we will need a final decision 30 days prior to your departure dates to avoid incurring cancellation fees with our suppliers. For changes/cancellations within 30 days of your travel dates our standard terms and conditions will apply.
It should be noted that now that restrictions have eased, demand for our travel services is high and prices are increasing across the board as a result. If you have a trip currently scheduled we would recommend going ahead with the arrangements as traveling at a later date is likely to increase the cost of your trip.
Responsibility
If you do decide to travel, Sheenco Travel cannot accept responsibility for any difficulties that may arise due to restrictions imposed by government bodies and/or suppliers at your destination. Refunds will not be available for any unused items on the itinerary that may arise in relation to this.
