Here at Sheenco Travel we understand that, while everything is open for business at our end, you may be feeling apprehensive about traveling in the current climate. To this end we wish to be as flexible as possible and have come up with the following amendments to our normal terms and conditions to try and assist you in these uncertain times.
Please note that if you wish to avail of one of the following options we will need a final decision 21 days prior to your departure dates to avoid incurring cancellation fees with our suppliers. For changes/cancellations within 21 days of your travel dates our standard terms and conditions will apply.
Option 1: Reschedule Your Trip
Sheenco Travel are lifting all rescheduling fees that would normally apply to trips that are moved. When re-booking your trip, we will of course advocate on your behalf to ensure as little financial fall out as possible. This will involve liaising with all services booked by us on your behalf, as each hotel will have their own policy in place. Please note the total cost of your trip may change depending on your new travel dates. If you plan on rescheduling your trip we recommend doing so at your earliest convenience as availability for 2021 is already limited due to so many trips already being rescheduled.
Option 2: Receive a Credit Note
If you are unable to choose new travel dates at this time, we will issue a credit note for all funds paid to date on your current reservation which may be used for a new trip to be taken on or before December 31st 2022. Credit issued will be equal to all funds paid for your trip to date, less any non-refundable payments made to suppliers. Credit notes are not redeemable for cash but may be transferred to another party by notifying Sheenco Travel in writing.

If you do decide to travel, Sheenco Travel cannot accept responsibility for any difficulties that may arise due to restrictions imposed by the government and/or suppliers at your destination. Refunds will not be available for any unused items on the itinerary that may arise in relation to this.
