This role suits individuals who are comfortable operating in luxury environments — from private clubs and high-end events to refined social and business settings. Our most successful Luxury Travel Specialists move with confidence in these spaces and enjoy building relationships with high-net-worth clients face to face.

Sheenco believes in proving the value of our systems and support before asking you to make any financial commitment. There are no upfront costs to get started. As you grow, you'll also be building toward something bigger. Sheenco is evolving toward a franchise model, and future ownership opportunities will be offered only to top performers.
You'll receive high-quality leads to help you build early momentum. Over time, your success will come from proactive, relationship-led business development. You'll be trained in effective prospecting strategies so you can confidently grow and sustain your own client base.
You earn commission monthly, based on bookings made — not after travel is completed. This structure supports more consistent income and healthier cash flow as you grow your business.
Our concierge and operations teams, based in Ireland, handle booking logistics and provide on-the-ground support for your clients. This ensures every trip runs smoothly, while you focus on selling, relationship-building, and growing your business.
You'll have access to a suite of proprietary tools designed to support a streamlined, scalable business — including luxury trip-planning software, a robust CRM with automation, and a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS).
