As a Luxury Travel Specialist, you operate as an independent contractor — building your own business under the Sheenco brand, with the support, systems, and reputation of an established luxury company behind you.
This role suits individuals who are comfortable operating in luxury environments — from private clubs and high-end events to refined social and business settings. Our most successful Luxury Travel Specialists move with confidence in these spaces and enjoy building relationships with high-net-worth clients face to face.

You’ll be trained in effective prospecting strategies so you can confidently grow and sustain your own client base. This may include leveraging professional networks, cultural organisations, Chambers of Commerce, private clubs, and referral partnerships — all aligned with a premium, relationship-first approach.
Monthly Commission Payouts
You earn commission monthly, based on bookings made — not after travel is completed. This structure supports more consistent income and healthier cash flow as you grow your business.
Dedicated Support Team in Ireland
Our concierge and operations teams, based in Ireland, handle booking logistics and provide on-the-ground support for your clients. This ensures every trip runs smoothly, while you focus on selling, relationship-building, and growing your business.

Who We’re Looking For

As a Sheenco Luxury Travel Specialist, you are not simply selling trips — you are building a serious, full-time business in the luxury travel space, supported by a trusted brand with deep roots in Ireland and Scotland, and a growing presence across the wider UK.
You are likely a strong fit if you:

Are a confident, self-motivated professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine desire to build something of your own

Are prepared to commit a minimum of 40 hours per week, treating this as a long-term career rather than a side project

Have a genuine connection to Ireland and/or Scotland — through heritage, lived experience, or extensive travel — and can speak about these destinations with warmth, credibility, and insight

Are comfortable positioning Ireland and Scotland as flagship luxury destinations, alongside carefully curated journeys throughout the wider UK

Feel at ease working with high-net-worth clients, and are confident qualifying who is — and is not — the right fit for a bespoke luxury experience

Move comfortably in refined, high-end environments such as private clubs, professional networks, and luxury settings, and represent a premium brand with polish and authenticity
