Tell me about yourself
I was born and raised in Kent, England, before moving to London for university, where I spent seven vibrant years immersed in city life. I began my career in the creative industry, studying photography and later working as an image retoucher for a leading glossy magazine. That experience gave me a meticulous eye for detail and a deep appreciation for visual storytelling.
After stepping away from the fast pace of London, I transitioned into finance and trained as a specialist mortgage underwriter. While I valued the analytical and problem-solving skills I developed, I always felt drawn back to a more creative path.
That opportunity came when I moved to West Cork, Ireland, with my husband, where we now live in a beautiful cottage along the Atlantic coast. Joining Sheenco Travel allowed me to bring together my attention to detail, analytical thinking, and creative flair in a truly meaningful way. I love having the freedom to design and shape bespoke itineraries, helping bring each guest’s dream journey to life.
Travel and exploration have always been a passion of mine, which makes what I do at Sheenco feel incredibly rewarding.

What’s your favourite place in Ireland?
Aside from my own cottage, I’m a huge lover of the woods and all things green—which is what drew me to Ireland in the first place. Glengarriff Woods in West Cork, close to where I live, is one of my favourite places. It has beautiful waterfalls and hidden pools, and if you’re brave enough, you can even take a dip in the cold water.
What’s your favourite place in England?
It will come as no surprise that I’m drawn to another woodland—Cobham Woods in Kent. It’s a hidden gem, home to a herd of Highland cows, and from mid-April to mid-May, it becomes a stunning blanket of lilac as the bluebells bloom. It truly feels like stepping into something from a Tolkien novel.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I love heading out on coastal and woodland walks with my husband and our dog, Frodo—who, true to his Hobbit namesake, would much prefer to stay indoors. I’m also an avid reader and passionate about all things craft, especially knitting and crochet. My grandmother taught me to knit when I was very young, and I’ve loved it ever since. I even make my own custom crochet hooks using polymer clay.

What’s a standout holiday for you?
Before moving to Ireland, my husband would bring me here on trips, and we would stay in his grandmother’s cottage—the very place we now call home. We spent that time exploring West Cork, and it completely stole my heart. One of the most special moments was when he proposed on the cliffs of Barley Cove, overlooking the ocean. He even captured it all on video—including the moment I tripped in shock and nearly fell over!
